Thirty Five (35) years of service. These words aren't easily said, but looking back at the road that HEMC has traveled, this simple phrase represents our family indefatigable commitment to it's community. I am proud to say, they also encompass the public's and investors trust in our expertise, professionalism and dedication.
HEMC was born in 1968 as a family owned and operated real estate company serving Little Havana, a section of Miami undergoing drastic changes at that time. Local folks were relocating to newer residential and commercial areas within Dade County, while newcomers - mostly Cuban immigrants - were settling into the part of town that would ultimately become their "home away from home".
HEMC, with the next generation of the Davide family at the helm, also stands tall and ready for the task. Like Miami, our company has expanded and strengthened over the last three and a half decades.
