    Credit Criteria: Will not be a factor

    Income Verification: Section 32 (H.O.E.P.A.) & Florida Fair Housing Act loans require verification

    Second Mortgage: Subject to first mortgage being a conforming loan with an Institutioanl lender

    Requirements: Submission form or completed 10-03, Good Faith Estimate signed by all borrowers

    Time Frame: Once borrowers agree on terms, most mortgages can close immediately upon completion of title work.
