Wednesday, August 1 More than 40 celebrated Miami chefs, including George Fistrovich from The Ritz-Carlton, Key Biscayne and Allen Susser of Chef Allen’s, will mark the start of Miami Spice Restaurant Month by “wining and dining” South Florida food lovers to raise money for the fight against childhood hunger in America during Share Our Strength’s 20th annual Taste of the Nation Miami on Wednesday, August 1.

The Ritz-Carlton, Key Biscayne is hosting the prestigious culinary benefit for the second consecutive year, which begins with a VIP champagne reception featuring the event's first-ever iron bartender competition at 6 p.m. followed by delicious cuisine, wines from around the globe, spirited drinks and live music at 7 p.m. Taste of the Nation Miami also will showcase a silent and live auction.
